		<description>Amen, brother! I&#039;m amazed at the number of emails I receive from mobile devices that have spelling errors, run-on sentences, and just poor writing.

Read, re-read, and re-read again those messages before sending!

I do think it&#039;s a good idea to leave the &quot;sent from my iPhone,&quot; or &quot;created on my blackberry&quot; tags on the email, though, because I think it sends a cool message that you&#039;re responding even when you&#039;re not in the office. That smacks of excellent customer service.

But ONLY if you write the email just as you would on your computer. Emailing sloppy notes from your mobile device is nothing but pure laziness.</description>
